If you want to check the quality of our ice maker, you can just choose the model from our catalog. If you have your own design, please send us and we will produce the sample based on your requirement.
We will return your sample fee when you place a bulk order.
If you purchase standard ice makers from our catalog, we can ship your order in 7 days.
If you place a custom order, it depends on the quantity. When the quantity is below 200 units, it will take 15 days, and when the quantity is over 200 units, we need to negotiate.
The shipping cost depends on the weight, but please don’t worry, we will consider the shipping fee, safety, and delivery time to choose the best shipping method for you.

Our ice makers are very easy to operate:
First, add water into the water tank, and please remember to not exceed the water line.
Second, there are two sizes of ice cubes, small or big, choose one as you like.
Third, press the “Start” button, then wait for 6-8 minutes, you will get clear ice cubes.
Our ice makers have self-cleaning function, add water into the water tank, then press the “On/Off” button for 5 seconds, and the machine will run to automatic mode for 30 minutes. You will get a clean ice maker without manual operation.
When the ice maker is running, it will pour the water into ice models to create ice cubes, and the machine will monitor the progress. When the ice is totally frozen, the models will be heated to release the ice cubes into storage bin. This process will repeat until there is no water in the water tank or no space in the storage bin.
EAFAC ice makers are produced for home use mostly, the reasonable estimated lifespan is around 4 to 5 years.
Our ice makers do not have ice frozen function. The cubes will melt slowly, and the water will be drawn back to the water tank and repeat the frozen process again.
Yes, but you don’t need to. If you need a large amount of ice cubes all day, then you can keep it running. If not, I suggest you turn it off when the machine creates enough ice cubes for you to save power.
