Automatic Coffee Machine
Preparation:
- Flush the system: add water into the water tank, turn it on to clean the machine.
- Add bean into bean box.
Making Coffee:
- Press the menu button to choose which kind of coffee you want to make.
- Adjust the parameter to set the strength and volume of coffee.
- Press the start button, the machine will finish the coffee making process automatically.
- Pour coffee, then clean the coffee machine.
Manual Coffee Machine
- Preheat the coffee machine: turn it on, then wait till the heating indicator light out.
- Grind and dose: set grinder to grind the coffee bean.
- Distribute evenly: level grounds with rotation.
- Extract: lock portafilter tightly into the group head, then press the extraction button.
- End extraction: stop extract when you get enough coffee.
Daily Basic Cleaning (clean after use)
- Brewing system cleaning: flush with hot water after brewing.
- Steam wand cleaning: wipe with damp cloth, purge steam for 2 seconds.
- Drip tray and grounds container: discard residual liquid or grounds, wash it and replace after dry.
Deep Cleaning (every week)
Run a self-cleaning process, if the model doesn’t have self-cleaning function, wash the accessories with hot water 3 times.
Descaling (every month)
- Add 1L water and 1 descaling packet into the water tank.
- Press and hold descaling button for 3 seconds to run the program.
- Flush repeatedly until the water is clean and no foam.
Yes, most of coffee machines can make hot chocolate on the market, the following is the operation steps:
- Preparation: 200ml milk, 15g cocoa powder or 20g chocolate spread or 30g chopped black chocolate.
- Add milk, cocoa powder (or chocolate spread or melted chocolate) together into a milk jug.
- Choose “hot milk” or “milk foam” mode, heat and stir for 3-5 minutes.
- Wash the machine immediately after the work is done.
